Solar SCADA
Solar SCADA is a new company whose mission is to bring standard utility-scale control technologies to the world of renewable energy. By enabling the Solar industry to take advantage of the already available highly-skilled power plant personnel and service industries, it will lead to lower operating and maintenance costs of solar plants.
Greg Linder, Founder
Mr. Linder has a life-long interest in solar and renewables. This passion has driven him to learn about all forms of renewable energy. He has helped design solar cars, built an anaerobic digester, simulated the effects of renewables on the power grid, and designed variable frequency drives and custom embedded controls and data acquisition equipment.
He has also worked in field service, spending time installing equipment with electricians, and cursing other engineers who designed things to be very difficult to repair.
This experience has placed Greg in a very good position to understand what makes a quality product with a long lifespan that is easy to repair.
